Tired of working hard on it alone? Let us help you. Bring in a vetted specialist for a defined scope of work — no long procurement cycle, no full-time headcount. Pick a discipline below, tell us what you need done, and we'll match you with someone who has done it before.
Engagement models
Every specialist above is available under four commercial models. Pick one when you submit a request, or tell us the problem and we'll recommend the fit. All models include a named point of contact, weekly written progress notes, and the option to switch model as the work evolves.
Pay only for hours worked. Best for short, well-bounded tasks — a security review, a pipeline fix, an architecture session. Time is logged per task, billed in 15-minute increments, with a weekly timesheet you approve before invoicing. Minimum engagement of just 2–3 hours; unused hours roll over for 90 days.
One engineer, full-time, on your team. 40 hours a week in your time zone, your tools, your stand-ups, your Slack. You direct the work day to day; we handle contracts, payroll, and a replacement if the fit isn't right. Fixed monthly rate, 30-day notice either way. Ideal for multi-month builds and long-running programmes.
A reserved block of hours every month. Typically 40, 80 or 120 hours, drawn on as needed across any discipline — pentest one week, Kubernetes the next. Guaranteed availability and response times, one predictable invoice, and a monthly report of hours used. Suited to teams that need ongoing security and platform support without a full-time hire.
Try first, then bring them in-house. The specialist works on a dedicated or hourly basis for an agreed trial period — usually 3 to 6 months — after which you can offer a permanent role. A single conversion fee, agreed up front, and no restriction on making the offer. The lowest-risk way to grow a permanent security or platform team.
Specialists
Each request goes through a short scoping step — you share a description of the work and, if you have one, an RFP. We come back with a shortlist and rates.
Hands-on application security engineers who test your application, API, and infrastructure against real-world attack techniques — findings verified by hand, not just flagged.
Engineers who build k6, JMeter, and Gatling scenarios, run soak and spike tests, and trace latency and throughput bottlenecks back to a root cause.
Test automation specialists who build stable, CI-wired UI and end-to-end suites with reliable selectors and reporting your team can actually maintain.
Architects for AWS, Azure, and GCP who design, size, and harden the environment your workloads run on — delivered as reviewable infrastructure-as-code.
Reviewers who audit your web app against the OWASP Testing Guide and hand back prioritised, reproducible findings with concrete remediation guidance.
Specialists who wire up metrics, logs, traces, and actionable alerting — Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK — so problems surface as signals, not support tickets.
Engineers to plan and stand up office networking, Wi-Fi, identity, device management, and secure connectivity from scratch — cabling diagram to first login.
Solution architects who translate business requirements into a scalable, resilient, cost-aware cloud design — with a Well-Architected-style review to back it.
Operators who set up, secure, and tune Kubernetes clusters — ingress, autoscaling, RBAC, network policy, and GitOps delivery — for production, not just a demo.
Data modellers who choose the right engine and schema from real access patterns and plan migrations to minimize disruption, with restore-tested backups. Cutover timing depends on the workload and migration plan.
Architects who turn requirements into a system design — service boundaries, data flows, technology choices, and the trade-offs written down — before the first line of code.
Engineers who build the pipeline behind the release — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containers, and automated deploys with rollback — so shipping is boring.
Describe the problem and we'll suggest the right discipline — or a small team.
